Case Study

D&B has recently worked on a Knowledge Management Solution for a major Government Department in the Middle East.

Towards this end,

  • An internal audit of processes was conducted
    This involved analyzing process flows in the various interconnected departments, as-is-mapping, understanding bottle necks, interviews with department staff, and making recommendations leading to better data flow, faster turnaround time, optimal usage of resources and usage of alternative delivery channels.

  • International Benchmarking
    International Benchmarking exercise comprised the benchmarking of the organization with similar organizations around the world with relation to selected benchmark parameters in order to allow the department to obtain a comprehensive understanding of its performance and effectiveness and to assess its international standing.

  • Data Quality check
    D&B conducted a data quality check to evaluate if the right data was being captured, the accuracy, consistency and timeliness of such data, and optional data elements that could be captured by the client for the purpose of analysis. It also included a performance review of the department.

D&B also conducted a customer satisfaction survey in order understand customer satisfaction levels and explore reasons for dissatisfaction.
